CAVA in the United States is hiring an Assistant General Manager to translate our mission and values into daily restaurant excellence. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to drive store actions, forecast labor, manage inventory, and develop hourly Team Members toward higher performance.

This role offers competitive pay at $20.50 per hour (about $58,630 yearly for a 50-hour week) with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, paid leave, and free meals.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurants or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Assist GM in daily restaurant operations including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA’s standards for food quality, service, cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards.
• Lead customer service initiatives and boost satisfaction.
• Assist with financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Support with regulatory compliance and safety training.
