Job summary

Diversion Hub in Oklahoma City seeks a RESTART Team Lead to develop, maintain, and oversee a work readiness and vocational guidance service for justice-involved adults. You will lead the RESTART team under the Manager of Workforce Development, ensure program delivery across four-week cohorts, and coordinate with courts, referral partners, and staff.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.
Experience facilitating workshops and coordinating with partner organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate educational and skills-building classes for participants.
Develop and adapt curricula and instructional materials for diverse learners.
Maintain attendance records and documentation for courts and partners.
Track participant progress and ensure program data quality in reporting systems.
Collaborate with staff and community partners to coordinate service delivery.
Ensure RESTART program structure and cohort delivery meets grant objectives.
