Job summary

Employ Milwaukee seeks a Program Specialist to lead BRIDGE-WI implementation under RESTART funding. You will plan, implement, and evaluate workforce training programs, coordinate with multiple partners, and monitor contract requirements to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include participant recruitment, intake, assessments, data reporting, and collaboration with the Reentry Services Manager. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in program coordination, job training, or workforce development.
• Experience with grant management and project management.
• Experience using PC/Mac, Excel, and data-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate BRIDGE program activities and contracts.
• Recruit participants and coordinate intake, enrollment, and assessments.
• Coordinate services and data collection using Efforts to Outcomes and related systems.
