U.S. Facilities, Inc. seeks a Custodial Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Safety Rest Area in Port Wentworth, GA. You will supervise Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming traveler experience.

Responsibilities include regular inspections, coordinating maintenance work, and responding to emergencies while promoting a strong safety culture. A GED or high school diploma and prior janitorial/maintenance experience are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Janitorial and/or maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable OSHA standards.
• Ability to lead, manage, and direct a team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors daily.
• Ensure contract requirements are met at each Safety Rest Area.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety to contractual standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of restrooms and common areas.
• Coordinate work orders with Area Managers and Project Manager.
• Oversee subcontractors as directed.
• Complete daily and weekly logs and inventories.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks and grounds care.
• Provide a welcoming experience to travelers.
