Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking a Custodial Site Supervisor for our Safety Rest Area in Augusta, GA. You will lead a team of Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming stop for travelers. Responsibilities include supervising operations, coordinating maintenance, and promoting safety.

The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a commitment to incident-free operations, with flexibility for nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Janitorial/maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors.
• Ensure contract requirements are met at each site.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; supervise daily operations.
• Inspect restrooms and common areas for cleanliness and safety; schedule maintenance.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and Project Manager on work orders.
• Oversee subcontractors and on-site maintenance staff.
• Complete daily/weekly logs and documentation.
• Greet travelers and assist with questions or concerns.
• Promote a culture of safety and respond to emergencies within 60 minutes.
