Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of landscaping methods and equipment.
• Ability to operate riding mower and other tools.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and grounds work on site per contract specs.
• Clean bathrooms, floors, lunch areas, trash, windows; other cleaning tasks as requested.
• Assist with floor care and carpet cleaning if requested in the contract.
• Inform Supervisor of maintenance needs or issues immediately.
• Provide reports, timecards, and paperwork to Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain safety of staff and visitors at the site.
