Job summary

Mei & Eei Master is seeking an Entry-level Rest Area Attendant for Live Oak SRA, Three Rivers, TX. The role involves landscaping, grounds maintenance, and custodial tasks at the rest area, with a focus on safety and contract compliance.

The position is part-time with an overnight shift from 10:00pm to 6:00am, offering a $13.50 hourly wage and potential incentive bonuses up to $300. Candidate must meet basic qualifications and be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
• Ability to lift between 25-50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in inclement weather.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate lawn care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial and grounds duties to meet contract specifications.
• Clean bathrooms, sweep and mop floors, collect trash and maintain cleanliness.
• Mow lawns, trim shrubs, rake leaves, mulch, and plant flowers as needed.
• Inform Supervisor about maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Provide reports, paperwork, and timecards to Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Ensure safety of staff and visitors at the site.
