Job summary

Paycom seeks a Rest Area Attendant to maintain landscaping and keep rest areas clean and orderly at contract sites. Duties include cleaning facilities, grounds care, and general custodial tasks, following safety rules and using proper equipment.

Priority may be given to applicants with disabilities, and the role involves on-site responsibilities requiring reliability, punctuality, and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of landscaping methods and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site custodial and grounds services as per contract.
• Clean bathrooms, sweep/mop floors, dust, take out trash, and maintain rest areas.
• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, raking, and debris removal as required.
• Assist with floor stripping/waxing and carpet cleaning if requested.
• Follow safety procedures; report maintenance needs to Supervisor.
