Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. seeks a Custodial Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at the Safety Rest Area in Columbus, GA. You will supervise Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors, ensure cleanliness and safety, and respond to emergencies as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, English fluency, and a focus on safety and customer experience. Weekend/nights possible; on-site work in Columbus, GA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience leading custodial or maintenance teams is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rest Area Attendants and Weekend Supervisors on a daily basis.
• Ensure facilities and grounds meet contractual standards and safety guidelines.
• Conduct weekly inspections of restrooms and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders with on-site staff and contractors.
• Oversee on-site safety, respond to emergencies within 60 minutes, and maintain logs.
