Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. in Ringgold, GA seeks dependable Attendants to keep a Safety Rest Area clean, safe, and welcoming for travelers.

Working under the Site Supervisor, you will handle cleaning, maintenance, and grounds care inside and outside the facility. This on-site role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to work overtime including weekends and holidays, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Company office.
• Current, valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
• Ability to comply with the Company Drug and Alcohol Policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Perform light maintenance tasks (bulbs, painting) as needed.
• Maintain grounds including landscaping, mulching, and trimming.
• Sweep, mop, and keep parking lots, sidewalks, and walkways clean.
• Shovel snow and apply ice melt during winter for safety.
