San Manuel Band of Mission Indians seeks a Responsible Gambling Program Manager under the Training – Guest Services scope. You will oversee the enterprise-wide Responsible Gambling program, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop training materials for staff and guests.

You will coordinate with department leaders and vendors, manage audits and reports, and present findings to management. This role requires policy-writing, analytics, and project-management strengths to drive service excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; four years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in overseeing gambling or gaming programs is a plus.
• Direct experience in policy and procedure writing is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee enterprise-wide Responsible Gambling program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage with guests to promote responsible gambling awareness and educate resources.
• Plan, measure, and analyze data; manage training; provide management feedback.
• Coordinate with leaders and vendors; act as liaison; attend conferences as needed.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
