As a Security Supervisor – Response, your duties will vary daily, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance. Flexibility and precision are essential.

• Site Location: Lafayette, IN
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 1st shift, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Hourly wage: $22/hour (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to detect suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond promptly to incidents and threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Quick thinking and adaptability
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
• Supervisory experience
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Security experience preferred
