GREAT OPPORTUNITY! Our company is seeking a Restoration Technician for our Staten Island, New York location. This role involves emergency response water mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and carpet cleaning services. Certificates or experience in mold, lead, and asbestos are a bonus. All employees must pass a background screening and have a clean driver’s license.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Responding to emergency services such as water, fire, and smoke damage jobs.
2. Extracting water from flooded structures using commercial equipment.
3. Removing damaged or wet building materials (carpet, pad, baseboard, cabinets, drywall, etc.).
4. Taking moisture readings, measurements, and setting up commercial drying equipment.
5. Participating in an on-call emergency response rotation.
6. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional attitude.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in an on-call emergency response service.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations.
• Own transportation to and from work.
• High energy, computer literacy, and a positive attitude.
• Team player with a professional demeanor.
• No experience required; training provided.
