Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator to lead with Residential Counselors, supervise overnight staff (not overnight), and provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating team meetings to ensure quality services for adults with mental health and/or substance use challenges.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living, including direct care duties, hygiene, lifting, transfers, medication administration, documentation, group therapy, transportation, behavioral intervention, role modeling, and recreation.
• Implement activities that facilitate development of valued roles and personal relationships in the community.
• Assist with staff supervision and other assigned meetings.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
