Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Coordinator for our Respite Programs in Worcester, MA. You will lead alongside Residential Counselors, provide direct supervision to overnight staff (not overnight position), and assist with scheduling, budgets, and team meetings.

Responsibilities include supporting Activities of Daily Living, facilitating community relationships, supervising staff, and participating in on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
