Riverside Community Care is seeking a Respite Counselor for an acute care residence in Massachusetts. You will provide guidance, education, supervision and direct supports to help consumers maintain health, live safely, and gain skills for independent living. The role emphasizes crisis or situational stabilization within a supportive team.

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours; Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Pay: $21.85/hour with high school diploma, $22.94/hour with a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors or Associate degree with relevant experience, or HS diploma with 3 years related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and document progress clearly.
• Team player with ability to work independently.

• Assist consumers to maintain physical and emotional health and develop skills for independent living.
• Support crisis or situational stabilization and care coordination as part of the residence team.
