Riverside in Massachusetts is seeking a Respite Counselor to join an acute care residence team. You will guide, educate, supervise, and support consumers to maintain physical and emotional health and to work toward independent living.

The role supports individuals with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders in structured stabilization, care coordination, and treatment planning. Schedule is full-time, 40 hours, Mon–Fri, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance, education, supervision, and direct supports to consumers to maintain health and safety.
• Assist consumers in developing skills for independent living and crisis stabilization.
