A community mental health organization is seeking a part-time Respite Case Manager to support clients towards independent living at their New Britain location. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Certification in MANDT, First Aid, and CPR required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains appropriate caseload as determined by CMHA.
• Provides direct care to clients through education and support activities.
• Educates clients on emergency and community resources.
