CMHA is looking to hire part-time 3rd shift Case Manager for our Respite Services program. This position will be located at 66 Clinic Dr, New Britain, CT 06052. Saturday - Sunday, 11 pm - 7 am.

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position starts at $20.00 per hour.

Summary

The case manager will support clients toward the goal of eventual independent living and supervise client activity and participation in the program while ensuring client safety, comfort and satisfaction. Coordinates care with the client throughout the CMHA system of services.
