Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist credentialed by NBRC.
• RCP license from DC DOH Health Regulation and Licensing Administration.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications are required.
• Minimum 5 years of respiratory care experience in Neonatal/Pediatric critical care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee shift operations and staff across all shifts.
• Attend RCS management team meetings and interface with interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop and monitor department performance dashboards and policies.
• Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage; perform bedside assignments weekly.
