Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Respiratory Care required.
• 5 years of respiratory care experience in neonatal and/or pediatric critical care.
• 3 years of lead/supervisory experience; 5 total years lead experience with an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and ensure clinical practice aligns with hospital guidelines.
• Develop and monitor direct reports; administer performance evaluations.
• Lead staff, coordinate education, training, and competency initiatives.
• Collaborate with RCS leadership to establish best practices and dashboards.
