Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Respiratory Care required with 2 years’ lead or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree Respiratory Care required.
• Minimum 5 years respiratory care experience in neonatal/pediatric critical care with lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise respiratory care staff, aligning practices with hospital guidelines.
• Develop and monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations and corrective actions.
• Ensure patient safety and clinical outcomes across shifts and departments.
• Oversee scheduling, compliance with Joint Commission and DOH requirements.
• Assist with policy development and performance improvement activities.
• Maintain documentation, audits, and department dashboards.
