Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate staff on all shifts in RCS operations.
• Develop and monitor staff performance and annual evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and DOH regulations.
• Maintain department dashboards and policy updates.
• Provide bedside coverage at least weekly and promote patient safety.
