Qualifications

• Must have PA licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• CRT and RRT credentials required or eligible.
• Minimum 3 years in a clinical setting; supervision experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily operations within the department (quality assurance, performance improvement, productivity monitoring, staffing).
• Performs or makes recommendations regarding hiring, evaluation, coaching, promoting, disciplining and discharge per HR policies and scheduling.
• Prepare, review and revise department standards of operation and care per regulatory requirements.
• Administers therapeutic respiratory care procedures per hospital and department policies.
• Ensures compliance with and prepares the department for regulatory agencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
