Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Respiratory Therapy/Healthcare Admin).
• Master’s or Doctorate preferred in healthcare admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 24-hour respiratory care coverage for patient care areas.
• Interviewing, hiring, and staff development; scheduling and coaching.
• Develop policies, procedures, and safety initiatives for the department.
• Lead ongoing performance improvement and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Provide clinical leadership and training to staff and collaborate with physicians.
