The role requires clinical expertise, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across operations, quality, and education within a large health system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved respiratory therapy program.
• Current Respiratory Care license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of three years of experience across cardiopulmonary services.
• Minimum of one year of previous departmental management experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and overall direction for Respiratory Services.
• Oversee department operations, staff development, quality and performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and policies.
