Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of critical care Respiratory Therapy experience.
• Leadership experience in a lead role, precepting, or committee involvement.
• Pediatric and/or NICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nightly Respiratory Therapy operations and staffing.
• Provide clinical decision support and supervise bedside care in high-acuity situations.
• Huddle and collaborate with team to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and develop staff, manage workflow, and contribute to educational offerings.
• Ensure documentation accuracy for patient care and billing.
