Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field required.
• NBRC credentialed and current Respiratory Care License in the state of work required.
• Leadership experience in a respiratory therapy setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department staff and manage staffing for respiratory care coverage.
• Provide clinical instruction and in-service training to staff and students.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in clinical learning and program development.
• Administer and supervise respiratory therapies, including ventilator care and bronchodilator therapies.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, certifications, and hospital policies.
