Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• 3 years of Critical Care experience with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of clinical staff and patient care to improve pulmonary function.
• Supervises pulmonary function tests and interprets results, in consultation with physicians.
• Evaluates patient progress and recommends treatment adjustments.
• Oversees equipment maintenance and quality testing in the respiratory services department.
• Participates in development and implementation of new respiratory programs.
• Assists HR with staffing, scheduling, and performance development.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
