Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy (or related field).
• Minimum of five years of clinical acute care experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner: CA
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Has the authority to interview, hire, orient, terminate, promote, train and conduct performance evaluations.
• Allocates and directs staffing and scheduling to meet patient and department needs.
• Directs day-to-day work activities and evaluates performance of team members.
• Monitors productivity and maintains records for regulatory and budget purposes.
