Job summary

Ascension’s St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, IL seeks a Respiratory Care professional for a night shift part-time role.

You will administer medications and therapies, monitor patient responses, and communicate patient status to the care team within a supportive, patient-centered environment. Requires enrollment in an accredited Respiratory Therapy program with a BLS certification within 30 days of hire; HS diploma or equivalent accepted.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, accepted by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Enrolled in an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

• High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.
