Job summary

Medical City Arlington is seeking a Respiratory Therapist Program Coordinator to lead educational initiatives for respiratory care, align clinical practice with standards, and support regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with the Director of Respiratory Therapy and interdisciplinary teams to promote safe, high-quality patient care and drive ongoing training programs.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BCLS, and PALS must be obtained within specified timeframes.
• NBRC-RRT certification and active state licensure RRT/RCP required.
• Bachelor's degree required with leadership experience in education.
• Minimum five years in respiratory care with educator roles preferred.
• NICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead respiratory therapy education and professional development initiatives.
• Assess training needs and develop educational resources.
• Coordinate staff and student orientation programs and clinical training.
• Maintain competency and performance records and ensure regulatory alignment.
