Advocate Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist at Pineville to join our inpatient team. This full-time role offers a 36-hour work week with 12-hour day shifts (Fri, Sat, Sun) and competitive pay in the $30.70–$46.05 per hour range. You will deliver oxygen therapy, manage ventilators, perform diagnostics, and collaborate with the care team.

We require graduation from AMA-approved school, RRT or equivalent, NBRC-credentialed, and state license. BLS certification is required.

Formación

• Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Care.
• Associate's RRT or RRT Equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Credentialed as a Registered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates knowledge in oxygen delivery and equipment; conducts prescribed procedures to achieve adequate oxygenation.
• Administers therapies, monitors, and evaluates outcomes per policy and regulatory standards.
• Performs diagnostic procedures as outlined in policy.
• Initiates and manages ventilator support (mechanical and non-invasive) and responds in emergencies.
• Documents therapy, results, and communicates with the healthcare team.
• Maintains EMR proficiency and adheres to safety guidelines.

Associate's degree in Respiratory Care

RRT credential

Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (state license)
