Job summary

Qualifications

• NBRC approved respiratory therapy program completed.
• Current state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS/CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory care procedures under physician direction.
• Administer therapies and medications; monitor progress and adverse reactions.
• Document care and communicate with nursing staff and family.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment and supplies.
• Participate in emergency resuscitation and infection control.
• Provide resident and family education on respiratory care.
