Powerback in the United States is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care under medical direction, including patient assessment, administering prescribed therapy, and device management. You will document progress and support discharge planning as needed.

Work with adult and geriatric residents in skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. Must have NBRC-accredited program completion and current state licensure; CPR certification preferred.

Formación

• NBRC accredited respiratory therapy program completed.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• State licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner.

Responsabilidades

• Under supervision and medical direction performs respiratory care procedures.
• Administers prescribed therapy and medications; observes and records progress.
• Initiates and monitors life support systems and ventilator management as directed.
• Documents care plans, charting, and communicates with nursing staff.
