Job summary

Requires NBRC-approved training, state licensure, and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.

Qualifications

• High level knowledge of respiratory therapy and practice.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification and state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Administers respiratory care procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitors resident responses, documents progress, and updates care plans.
• Maintains and troubleshoots respiratory equipment and supplies.
• Participates in emergency CPR and team-based care according to protocol.
• Educates residents and families on respiratory care and safety.
