Corewell Health Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a part-time role on the Butterworth campus. You will perform evaluations, deliver interventions, document care, and support transitions to the next care steps.

The position requires an Associate’s in Respiratory Therapy, MI state licensure, NBRC CRT, ACLS and BLS certifications, with growth opportunities and full benefits. Sign-On bonus up to $15,000 for external candidates and new RT students.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Michigan state licensure required on hire.
• NBRC CRT Respiratory Therapist registry required on hire.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluation to determine respiratory care needs and documents per policy.
• Performs advanced evaluation and therapeutic procedures for patients needing respiratory care.
• Completes and documents education and competencies within timeframe.
• Accurate and timely documentation and billing.
