Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited respiratory therapy program pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Recent graduate with an associate or bachelor’s degree considered.
• Respiratory therapy student who has completed at least 1 year preferred.
• CRT/BLS certification required upon hire (AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering routine respiratory care services.
• Deliver respiratory procedures as prescribed by physicians under supervision.
• Document all pertinent information on respiratory care rendered.
• Ensure patent airway and adequate ventilation during CPR.
• Set up, operate, and monitor respiratory equipment under supervision.
• Process respiratory equipment for sterilization and maintenance.
• Contribute to effective communication within the patient care team.
• Support continuous improvement of patient experience including safety and quality.
• Maintain commitment to professional growth and organizational values.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy

Enrollment in accredited respiratory therapy program

Recent graduate eligible
