Fountain View is seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our day shift team in our specialized ventilator and skilled nursing unit. This position is ideal for an RT who enjoys collaborative daytime care, interdisciplinary teamwork, and making a direct impact on residents with complex respiratory needs.

Position Overview

As a Day Shift Respiratory Therapist, you will provide comprehensive respiratory care to residents requiring ventilator support, trach care, and advanced pulmonary management. You will work closely with nursing, physicians, and clinical leadership to ensure highquality care, safety, and positive outcomes throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor ventilators and respiratory equipment
• Perform respiratory assessments and respond to changes in condition
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered
