Job summary

Lincoln Crawford Care Center is seeking a Night Shift Respiratory Therapist to deliver high-quality respiratory care to residents. You will work with nursing and clinical staff to assess needs, administer therapies, monitor equipment, and educate residents and families.

Requirements include an active Ohio RT license (CRT/RRT) and BLS CPR; ACLS preferred. Night differential and full benefits, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus, are offered in a supportive, resident-centered team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory assessments and Ttherapy per orders and care plans.
• Administer oxygen therapy, nebulizers, and ventilator management as needed.
• Document respiratory interventions, progress notes, and equipment use accurately.
• Respond promptly to changes in residents' respiratory status and coordinate with nurses/physicians.
• Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper function of respiratory therapy equipment.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on respiratory treatments and health practices.

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Night Shift Respiratory Therapist (RT) to work closely with our nursing and clinical staff to deliver exceptional respiratory care to our residents.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT) in the State of Ohio.
• Current BLS certification (CPR); ACLS preferred.
• Previous experience in long-term care, sub-acute, or hospital respiratory care preferred (new grads welcome!).
• Strong communication, assessment, and teamwork skills.
