Job summary

Tri Care LLC is seeking a dedicated licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a full-time position in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting. You will deliver comprehensive respiratory care, including ventilator management, airway stabilization, and resident education, contributing to high-quality clinical operations and emergency response readiness.

The role requires a state license (CRT or RRT), BLS certification (ACLS preferred), and prior experience in skilled nursing or similar settings.

Qualifications

• Active state RT license (CRT or RRT) required or soon-to-be licensed.
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.
• Strong assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver respiratory therapy services per policies and guidelines.
• Manage ventilator care and support residents with complex needs.
• Maintain airway patency and provide emergency interventions.
• Administer respiratory medications and monitor effectiveness.
• Set up and adjust respiratory therapy equipment.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and equipment use.
• Serve as a CPR/emergency response team member.

Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our clinical team on a Full Time basis. This role supports the delivery of critical respiratory care to residents in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting. From ventilator management to airway stabilization and resident education, you’ll be an essential part of our clinical operations and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver all respiratory therapy services in accordance with established policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines.
• Provide ventilator care management and support for residents with complex respiratory needs.
• Maintain airway patency and provide emergency respiratory interventions as needed.
• Administer respiratory medications and monitor their effectiveness.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust respiratory therapy equipment.
• Educate residents and families on respiratory care plans and equipment use.
• Serve as a vital member of the CPR/emergency response team.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) in [Insert State].
