Fountain View Nursing & Rehabilitation in Cincinnati, OH is seeking compassionate Respiratory Therapists (RTs) to join our clinical team for day, night, FT, PT, and PRN positions. You will deliver respiratory care and support to residents, collaborating with nurses and physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Formación

• Current Respiratory Therapist license/credential.
• Experience in respiratory care within long-term care or hospital settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments according to physician orders and resident care plans.
• Monitor residents receiving respiratory therapy services.
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies as ordered.
• Assist with oxygen therapy and respiratory equipment.
• Observe and document resident responses to respiratory treatments.
• Recognize and communicate changes in residents’ respiratory status.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
