Meadowbrook Care Center in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our brand-new Vent Unit. You will provide high-quality ventilator care, oxygen therapy, and patient monitoring in a supportive team.

We offer a flexible PRN/part-time/full-time schedule in a low-stress, high-support environment with opportunities to contribute to progressive patient recovery and staff training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program.
• Active State of Ohio Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
• Experience in vent care or long‑term care preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate mechanical ventilators and related equipment.
• Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol medications as prescribed.
• Monitor patient response and vital signs.
• Assist with breathing exercises and recovery plans.
• Ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
• Document therapy and patient progress in charts.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team members.
• Train staff and contribute to best practices in respiratory care.
