Job summary

Complete Care at Wayne Hills Rehabilitation & Respiratory Center is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our team for full-time, 12-hour day shifts with EOW and 24-hour on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality respiratory care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and maintaining patient-focused service with safety at the forefront. Prior LTC experience is preferred, and Equal Opportunity employment is affirmed.

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.
• Experience as RT in a LTC/nursing home setting.
• Ability to manage difficult situations with composure and professionalism.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent.

RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (RT) – POSITION DETAILS

• Full-Time
• 12-hour day shifts
• Every Other Weekend (EOW)
• 24-hour rotating on-call requirement

RESPIRATORY THERAPIST (RT) – QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Respiratory Therapist license.
• Must be experienced RT in a LTC/ nursing home setting
• Must be confident to manage difficult situations
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent qualifying education.
• Strong commitment to patient care and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements, with an emphasis on daytime availability.
