Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our team. This Full-Time role offers 12-hour day shifts with every other weekend and a rotating on-call schedule, in a long-term care setting.

You will provide high-quality respiratory care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and uphold patient-centered care with safety and compassion at the forefront. A current RT license and LTC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license.
• Must be experienced RT in a LTC/nursing home setting.
• Must be confident to manage difficult situations.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to patient care and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements, with daytime availability.
