Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility team. You will deliver high-quality respiratory care, help develop care plans, and collaborate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to support residents.

Shifts are nights, full-time, with an hourly wage of $40.00–$45.00 and a $15,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly over two years. Comprehensive benefits and 401K are available.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in the state of work.
• Minimum an Associate's Degree or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Maintain current BLS certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate an electronic health record.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality respiratory care as part of the SNF Respiratory Team.
• Develop and ensure the resident care plan in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, physicians, nurses and other therapists.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement patient care plans.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunities Available
• Shifts Needed: Nights
• Wage: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
• Sign On Bonus: $15,000
• Paid Out Quarterly Over Two (2) Years
