Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Centerburg Pointe, Centerburg OH, is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, physicians, nurses and other therapists.

We offer a 12-hour night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am), pay at $42–$50 per hour, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus paid over one year, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for education

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum an Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy or approved program.
• Must maintain a current BLS certification and have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality respiratory care in a SNF setting.
• Develop and follow resident care plans in coordination with the Respiratory Director, physicians, nurses and other therapists.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide quality care as a member of the Respiratory Team in a SNF setting. You will develop and ensure the resident care plan is followed in collaboration with the Director of Respiratory, Physicians, nurses, other therapists, and nursing assistants.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist within the state in which you work.
• Must possess, as a minimum, an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved respiratory program.
• Must maintain a current BLS. Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including the electronic health record.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
• Shifts Needed: 12-hour Night Shift - 7:00p - 7:00a
• Wage: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
• Sign On Bonus: $15,000
