Advocate Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join the team at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital. This full-time role supports oxygen delivery, ventilator care, and patient assessment, with 36 hours per week and a pay range of $30.70–$46.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• AMA-approved respiratory care program.
• NBRC registry and state licensure.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Operates oxygen delivery equipment and conducts prescribed therapeutic procedures.
• Administers and monitors respiratory therapies and diagnostic procedures.
• Monitors and manages mechanical and non-invasive ventilators.
• Evaluates therapies and makes plans of care recommendations.
• Documents therapy results and communicates with the care team.
• Performs blood gas analysis and interprets results.
• Works across patient areas and uses the EMR interface.
• Follows safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
