Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Respiratory Therapist II to provide advanced respiratory care in critical care settings at our Griffin, Georgia facility. You will manage ventilators, administer medications, perform arterial blood gas analyses, and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Collaborate with care teams, educate patients and families, and support staff through mentoring. A valid RRT credential and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP are required, with 0–2 years CC exposure encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with minimum science coursework.
• Current licensure and certifications: Registered Respiratory Therapist, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (or provisional where applicable).
• 0-2 years clinical experience, including critical care exposure.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with medical documentation and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy and patient assessments.
• Administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, and perform airway procedures.
• Educate patients and support staff, including precepting and mentoring.
• Ensure safety through accurate documentation, medication safety, and adherence to performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in invasive and non-invasive procedures and pulmonary diagnostics.
• Promote evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement.
