Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited respiratory therapy program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP licenses (or provisional within 180 days).
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care, documentation, and education within a team environment.

• Manage ventilators, including weaning, waveform interpretation, and airway management (intubation, extubation, trach care).

• Ensure patient safety, promote quality improvement, and adhere to policies and evidence-based practices.
